The markets range in size from day to day, with the largest being on Mondays and Thursdays at the permanent market site opposite the PTT petrol station on the main 4020 Highway.

The markets are tailored to the Thai taste for fresh food purchased daily, rather than weekly, and is ideal for those who are self-catering. There is a wide selection of pre-prepared meals and fresh food, including fresh, cheap seafood, attractive fruit and vegetables, and meat such as pork, chicken, and fish.
